All products are non-returnable. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out to us at care@khet.in with relevant proof within 48 hours of receiving the order. Once approved, we’ll schedule a pickup and resolve it for you.
Return Process

Packaging Requirement: Please ensure the entire box is packed and ready for return. Shoes without free goodies will not be accepted.

No Self-Shipping Needed: You do not need to ship the return yourself—our courier will handle the entire process.
Exchanges
We do not offer any exchanges.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned order, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to complete the transaction.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please reach out to us at care@khet.in.
